Our client is a well-established commercial real estate firm is expanding and looking to add a Property Accounting Manager to their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate

$160k+

Position Overview

The Property Accounting Manager will be responsible for the daily accounting activities, oversight of some staff while reporting into the Director of Accounting.

• The Property Accounting Manager will manage the journal entries and general ledger.
• Process all financial transactions.
• Manage the month/quarter-end.
• Assist with reconciliations.
• Real estate transactions and filings.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• MBA/CPA is a plus.
