Key Responsibilities
Support nursing staff in maintaining high standards of nursing care to patients.
Assist in creating an environment conducive to patient recovery and pleasant for patients and their families.
Accept responsibility for delegated functions within the ward.
Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care.
Understand and adhere to all trust policies and procedures.
