The Job
We are looking for a motivated and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational, emotional, and physical needs of our students. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to ensure that every student feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
Responsibilities
Support students with their daily learning activities and help them to access the curriculum.
Assist with personal care and physical needs of students, including feeding, toileting, and mobility, as per individual care plans.
Work with teachers to implement educational health care plans and track student progress.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, particularly during transitions and unstructured activities.
