Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic team at TN United Kingdom.
Job Overview:
The post holder will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients, including history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. The successful candidate will demonstrate safe and effective clinical decision-making and expert care within a general practice setting.
Deliver high-quality patient care as a prescribing clinician in general practice, utilizing advanced autonomous clinical skills and a broad, in-depth theoretical knowledge base.
Manage a clinical caseload independently, addressing presenting patients' needs in a primary care setting.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a General Practice setting and be proficient in using EMIS Web and associated software integrated within EMIS.
Key Skills:
Patient care skills with a focus on safety and efficacy
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
Proficient in medication administration and management
Experience in advanced clinical assessment and decision-making
Work Environment:
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team within the practice and across the broader healthcare community to promote integrated and seamless pathways of care.
Contribute to achieving quality targets to maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery.
