Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telecaller cum CRM Executive to join our growing team. This role involves a blend of telemarketing, customer relationship management, and representing Ekam Yoga at exhibitions and events. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for yoga and wellness, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and investors.

Responsibilities:

Telemarketing:

Contact potential investors and clients to generate interest in Ekam Yoga programs and offerings.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for consultations.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Manage and update the CRM database with client information.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Exhibition and Event Support:

Represent Ekam Yoga at exhibitions, conferences, and other events.

Engage with attendees, provide information about programs, and generate leads.

Assist with event logistics and setup.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Assist with marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a sales-oriented role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English fluency.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.

Knowledge of CRM software and databases.

Passion for yoga and wellness is a plus.

Willingness to travel to exhibitions and events.
