About the job:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Update the follow-up notes in the patient account.
2. Mainly focus on the quality/quantity of all accounts worked.
3. Set the follow-up tickler and forward the calling backlog to the day team.
4. Work on the Inbound patient calls in an emergency.
5. Review the appeals and forward them to the client.
6. Ensure that the appeal packet is utilized by the AR properly.
7. Generate Insurance Collection summary report grouping by Insurance and sub-grouping.
8. Generate an Excel add-in report to identify if the secondary payer is billed or the balance moved to the patient.
