We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team at Well Balanced Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech therapy services to clients in regional, rural, and remote communities.

Key Duties:
Assess and develop treatment plans for clients with a range of speech and language disorders.
Deliver speech therapy sessions to clients in their homes, clinics, or other community settings.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Provide education and support to clients and their families on speech and language development.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary degree qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHRPA).
Proven experience working in a rural or remote setting.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
