We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 1+ - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues.
Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we would want to experience ourselves!!
We are looking to hire support workers for our multiple services in Mental Health in Essex/Hertfordshire/Berkshire/Dorset
Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly can change their lives. Your role will involve however not limited to:
• Helping people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities - empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
• Getting involved in support in community as social activities or shopping trips.
• Ability to communicate clearly is important considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.
• Assisting with Personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with preparing and cooking meals. Cleaning, shopping, planning daily activities
• Support with attending medical appointments
• Support with social activities
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience with complex needs, or Mental Health or Autism or Learning Disability as per service requirement
• Male or Female Male as per service requirement and ideally a driver
• Willingness to learn
• Team player
• Flexible
• Communication

• We are not offering Sponsorships to any of the roles.
