Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Jr. Trainer and Jr. QA. The role involves conducting training sessions for new hires, monitoring and evaluating call center agents for quality assurance, and providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.

Qualifications
• Training and Coaching skills for new hires
• Quality Assurance and Monitoring experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of BPO industry standards and practices
• Experience in call center operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Salary Slab - 2.50 - 3.00 LPA

Shift : IST Shifts.
