Job description
Invensis Technologies is seeking a BPO Recruiter with hands-on experience in recruiting for the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at using various sourcing methodologies and platforms, including social media and Naukri.com, to attract and engage qualified candidates. This role is ideal for a recruiter who is well-versed in BPO hiring needs and enjoys building candidate pipelines for various roles within the BPO sector.

Responsibilities:
• BPO Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions, including initial screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
• Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various sourcing channels, including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, to attract suitable candidates for BPO roles.
• Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Engagement: Build a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates on recruitment status.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, specifically in the BPO industry.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via Naukri.com and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with BPO hiring requirements and sourcing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Knowledge: Understanding of in-house recruitment processes for BPO positions, both domestic and international
