This opportunity involves working closely with Shift Team leaders and Production leaders to oversee the daily operations of the production department.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Setting, adjusting, and maintaining tools and equipment to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Ensuring product quality meets customer requirements.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards within the plant at all times.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A strong team-oriented mindset.
Experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry, which will be highly regarded.
You must have the right to live and work in Australia to be considered for this position.
