The Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Crown Melbourne Team. This diverse role will be involved in key revenue generating projects across our Melbourne property. As a trusted advisor, you will help the business achieve financial targets by:
Preparing and distributing timely financial analysis and management reporting.
Supporting business case initiatives with financial analysis and tracking costs and benefits.
Assisting in preparing and delivering the Property and business unit's annual budget and forecast.
Developing strong relationships with business unit leaders and providing tailored financial support.
Identifying and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.

About You
This is an exciting opportunity to have genuine commercial impact on the Crown Resorts Property. You will be an experienced financial professional capable of offering key support to various business units across our property. To be successful, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification or working towards.
Experience in related Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A roles.
Experience in hospitality, hotels and property services would be advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills to relay business strategy.
Previous experience partnering with department leads and business unit leads.
