About The Role

The Housekeeping Team Leader forms part of the Housekeeping team and is responsible for supervising and training team members whilst assisting the Executive Housekeeper with operational managerial duties.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Take direction from Executive Housekeeper as well as maintaining a proactive approach.
Understand and implement ways to achieve targets within the department.
Direct and supervise Room Attendants and Houseman to ensure a high level of productivity within the department at all times.
Ensure a full understanding of Room Attendants and Houseman responsibilities in order to cover this position in their absence.
Be a brand ambassador for the hotel as well as EVT
