Multi-Skilled Carpenter (Gold Card Preferred) – £50K-£55K PAYE

Based in Birmingham Initial travel to Watford (4 days per week)

Are you a highly skilled carpenter with a Gold CSCS card (or strong carpentry & multi-trade experience)? Looking for a well-paid PAYE role with a small but growing fit-out company that values and rewards hard work?

The Role:

We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our team on a full-time PAYE basis. You’ll initially be working on a project in Watford, traveling Monday to Thursday (10-hour days) with Fridays off until the project is completed. After that, you’ll transition to a standard working week on sites across Leicester, Stratford, or Coventry.

strong carpentry/multi-trade experience

A team player who’s willing to chip in and get the job done
Someone flexible & reliable, happy to travel (own transport initially required)
Strong carpentry skills, with the ability to handle other tasks when needed

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage carpentry projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Execute various carpentry tasks, including framing, installation, and finishing work.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
