Join Our Team: We are looking for a skilled craftsman with experience in woodworking to join our team at Hamilton Woods.

About the Job:

This role involves undertaking various carpentry tasks including joinery work on vacant social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake joinery work on vacant properties.
Remove and replace worktops and kitchen units.
Fit new skirting boards and architraves.
Hang doors.
Complete minor plastering works.
Replace tiles.
Undertake basic plumbing when necessary.
Maintain strict health and safety standards.
Ensure all necessary materials are stocked in the van.
Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness within customer properties.
Essential Requirements:

Basic DBS check.
Full UK driving license.
Secondary trade skills beneficial but not essential.
