As a Social Experience Coordinator at Entertainment Services LLC, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting all walk-in party inquiries, giving tours to potential parties and groups, and being knowledgeable of the party packages and program to accurately translate information to guests
You will also be responsible for calling past parties and trying to get them to rebook, communicating with staff about special needs of parties, and assisting the party/group manager with all parties on the day of the event
