Senior Fullstack Engineer - Hermeneutic Investments

We are a rapidly growing crypto hedge fund, 2 years old, managing a +-figure AUM, generating 200%+ annualized returns with a 4 Sharpe.

Our team has grown to approximately 40 professionals across Trading & Research, Technology, and Operations.

About The Role

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer (Front-End Focused) to support our RTI, On-Chain Data Analysis, and PMS team. You need to be able to develop a stand-alone website yourself, from gathering requirements to designing a feasible UI/UX to getting the product deployed.

Responsibilities
• Design and build robust, high-performance internal tools
• Optimize performance for real-time data updates
• Collaborate with team members on feature design and development
• Help develop best practices and lead architectural decisions
• Mentor junior developers
• Troubleshoot urgent issues

Must-Have Requirements
• 7+ years full-stack development experience
• Experience with high-throughput datasets
• Strong Python 3 experience
• TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Strong debugging skills
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have
• WebSocket experience
• Relational database experience
• Data visualization library experience
• CI/CD, Docker and AWS knowledge
• Crypto or Hedge Fund experience
