Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team in Mildura.

This role is based at a nationally recognized provider of aged care services, where you will have the opportunity to take the next step in your career.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals and providing clinical leadership in the aged care sector.

About the Role:

Salary: $115k + super + relocation assistance + accommodation

Requirements:

Current registration with AHPRA
Previous senior clinical care experience in aged care in Australia
Sound understanding of care assessment in the aged care sector and use of AN-ACC
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a wide range of IT applications
