Salary and Benefits:

Penalty-driven hourly rate of $44.20-$46.43 per hour, depending on experience
$30,000 bonus for experienced Registered Nurses

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice, person-centered nursing care to our residents in collaboration with our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans
Providing education and support to residents and their families
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
Minimum 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in aged care
Full working rights to work in Australia
Experience working in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural care team
