What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Engage in business process analysis and requirement solicitation/documentation for operational changes
Participate in system design and documentation of business and software requirements
Create and assist in the development of test plans and test cases
Serve as a point of contact for business requirements, system troubleshooting, and technical training
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in business system analysis activities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; Associate degree with appropriate experience will be considered
Minimum 3-6 years' experience in an IT-related position, such as information business analyst or systems analyst
Advanced SQL skills and understanding of software testing processes
Strong customer orientation and critical thinking abilities
Ability to translate technical information to users with varying skill levels

Familiarity with quality processes and reviews
Knowledge of software development processes (waterfall, iterative, agile)
