Location: Morley, Leeds

Job Type: Full-time, office-based

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (plus study support)

We are seeking a Management Accountant to play a key role in supporting our UK businesses with financial reporting, performance analysis, and providing guidance to support strategic decision-making. Your Role & Responsibilities

Management Accounts & Reporting – Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support key business decisions.
Performance Monitoring – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business performance.
Variance Analysis – Assess financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations.
Compliance – Prepare VAT returns, liaise with HMRC, and ensure compliance with Companies House and financial regulations.
Collaboration – Work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial controls and compliance across the business.
Business Support – Conduct site visits when required and work closely with operational teams to enhance financial reporting and business development.
Statutory Audit – Assist with the statutory audit process and delivery of the Annual Report.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications – Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience.
Experience – Proven background in management accounting or a similar financial role.
Analytical Skills – Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency – Experienced in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Communication & Teamwork – Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
