Senior Accountant

Job description
Our long established accountancy practice in the Cannock Chase area is seeking a Senior Accountant to work alongside our existing team. This is a full-time role, but we would be willing to talk to candidates who only wish to do part-time hours.

Our client base is a mix of small businesses and sole traders, so experience of handling accounts for similar clients is important.

Predominantly based on-site at our practice, but would be open to a hybrid role.

Candidates with experience in the following areas should submit their CV:

Producing accounts from records provided by clients.
Creating final sets of accounts using Digita software.
Personal and company tax calculations.
Client interaction.
Training and developing junior staff.
Supporting our clients with tax advice.

Pay: From £32,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
