What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Estimate liabilities and establish premium rates through financial analysis and reporting
Support the development of IBNR estimates and conduct rate adequacy studies
Analyze results to identify trends or issues related to medical care costs
Generate and distribute routine reports to support IBNR calculations and pricing
Compile information from various systems to assist executive decision-making

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
Must have passed at least 1 actuarial exam
0-1 year of relevant experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Internship experience in a related field (2 years)
