Job Title: Workday Financials Consultant
Job Type: 100% Remote
Visa: Any( No OPT's)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday Financials configurations, integrations, and custom reports.
Develop and maintain Workday Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
Configure Workday Studio, EIBs, Workday Reports, and Calculated Fields for efficient data handling and reporting.
Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems using Workday Integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST APIs, Web Services).
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and financial regulatory requirements in Workday configurations.
Stay up to date with Workday releases and enhancements, evaluating their impact on business processes.
Provide end-user training and documentation on Workday Financials functionality.
Collaborate with Workday support teams and consultants for issue resolution and improvements.
Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions in Workday.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Workday Financials development, including integrations and reporting.
Experience with Workday Financials modules (General Ledger, Procurement, Accounts Payable, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services, APIs).
Strong knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics (BIRT, Workday Prism, Workday Calculated Fields).
Experience with Workday security configuration and role-based access control.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Financials certification is a plus.
Experience in a global enterprise environment with complex financial workflows.
Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and middleware integration tools.
