Event Development Manager

Job description
The Event Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing an events strategy that secures funding for The Hive Youth Zone. This will include traditional events such as the annual ball, as well as new initiatives involving schools, corporate partners, and 3rd party events.

You will have a strong background in events management or fundraising events and experience in designing and delivering a range of events. Your ability to build long-standing relationships with stakeholders, including schools and corporate partners, will be essential in securing funding for the charity.

The successful candidate will have a strategic thinker who can develop a robust stewardship plan for corporate donors. They will work closely with the Philanthropy Manager to ensure that the events strategy aligns with the charity's objectives and goals.
