Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B environment
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing marketing data, including Google Ads, social media, third-party digital campaigns, email marketing, and website performance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau)
- Experience using Braze or similar CRM tools and Hightouch or similar Reverse ETL tools
- Knowledge of propensity and model scoring
