Lead Case Development – Own the strategic direction of complex cases, from initial pleadings to trial preparation, ensuring all motions and discovery are meticulously handled
Advocate in Court – Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and trials, delivering persuasive arguments and presentations in high-pressure environments
Drive Discovery and Motion Practice – Manage complex discovery processes, ensuring key information is gathered, organized, and used strategically
Prepare and argue dispositive motions with precision
Engage in Settlement Negotiations – Lead settlement discussions, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution efforts, crafting favorable outcomes for clients while protecting their interests
