Our client is a boutique law firm located in the great Denver, Colorado area and they are searching for a Commercial Financial Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is required, including handling commercial & corporate transactions, construction contracts, debt financing, lending transactions, corporate and partnership tax issues, etc
Admission to Colorado or willingness to take the Colorado Bar is required

Admission to Colorado or willingness to take the Colorado Bar is required.
