Job Description:
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, you will provide complex specialist nursing care in the home or outpatient setting as a clinically safe substitute for hospital care. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering effective quality care, leading service improvement initiatives, and mentoring healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for monitoring service data and key performance indicators against strategic direction and clinical best practice.
