Nurse Unit Manager - Maternity

Job description
This role works in partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager and other senior staff to ensure efficient and effective provision of care based on best practice principles. Key responsibilities include assisting with planning and management of staff and resources, providing operational leadership through coordination of day-to-day client-facing activities, and ensuring maintenance of effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
