About the Role
You will be working as part of our clinical community nursing programme service, delivering high-quality nursing services to people living in the community.

This role involves working with our established team of Nurses, Coordinators, Support Workers and other Allied Health professionals in the community.

Your Responsibilities
Palliative care, including syringe driver care
Non-complex and complex wound care, including negative pressure therapy and compression bandaging
Medication management and the methadone programme
Diabetes management
Catheter and bowel cares
Tunnel Drain care
Cardio-pulmonary Care
Cardio-thoracic and chest trauma care post-surgery
Shift Details
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide 24-hour service to clients, including weekend and evening shifts, as well as an on-call component.

Shifts include:

Morning shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Afternoon shift: 1:00PM - +:30PM
On call: one overnight shift every 4 weeks
Requirements
Passion for making a difference and improving the quality of life for people living in their own homes
Strong communication and organisational skills
At least 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse and current registration
Restricted or Full Driver's License
