Staff Accountant

Job description
Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to manage essential financial transactions, assist with month-end closings, and maintain accurate financial records. This full-time role includes preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting financial reporting through variance analysis and report preparation. The Staff Accountant will also assist with audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with proficiency in QuickBooks, excellent Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP, and the desire to progress professionally in their career.
