Addison Group's client is searching for a Fixed Asset and Lease Accountant on a permanent basis. This role is located in Herndon, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with depreciations and fixed assets in the accounting department.

Responsibilities
• Record fixed asset entries and follow through with completing month-end close fixed asset expense procedures
• Perform variance analysis on multiple accounts
• Assist with audit preparation and maintain prepaid accounts
• Review depreciations and analyze forecasted financials vs. budget and actuals
• Reconcile accounts and record accruals

Qualifications
• BS Degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• 5+ years' of senior accountant experience
• 2+ years' experience with fixed assets
