About The Company And The Senior Accountant Role

Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant Role
• Manage and monitor overall budget
• Create financial reports for the president and the board
• Ensure AP, AR and cash managing are in place
• Work on monthly financial close
• Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets

Preferred Qualifications Of The Senior Accountant Role
• 3-5+ years in senior accountant or similar role preferred
• CPA eligible or certified preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Salary And Benefits
• Salary range is $70,000-$80,000
• Located in the Barberton area
• This role is an in office position
