Job Role: Debt Manager

Department: Collections

Job Purpose:

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Manager to join our Retail Banking team. Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing the retail loan portfolio and ensuring timely repayment from borrowers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Manage the retail loan portfolio and ensure timely repayment from borrowers

· Conduct credit assessments and risk analysis of potential borrowers

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing borrowers to ensure timely repayment and identify opportunities for additional lending

· Monitor loan disbursements and ensure compliance with loan terms and conditions

· Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate potential risks in the loan portfolio

· Conduct regular field visits to assess borrower's business and repayment capacity

· Provide support and guidance to field agents in managing the loan portfolio

· Prepare and present reports on loan portfolio performance to senior management

Education Qualification:

Graduation: - Any Graduate

Experience: 2+ Years of experience in collections
