Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing team
Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing or related field
At least 5 years' clinical leadership experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to negotiate, resolve conflict and positively influence and motivate others
