About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Timber Specialist (Salesperson) at our Retail Store in Hornby.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive the best value option for their projects.
Greet customers with a smile and positive attitude, both in person and over the phone.
Assist with yard duties, including unloading/loading vehicles and putting product away.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
Self-motivation and reliability.
Honesty, integrity, and commitment to delivering results.
A friendly, energetic, and positive personality.
Physical fitness suitable for lifting timber/posts, with a focus on safe work practices.
Full driver's licence (or ability to obtain one soon).
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
