Sr. AI/ML Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and implementing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, with a special emphasis on AI agents and autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms for complex applications

● Build and optimize AI agents using reinforcement learning techniques

● Implement and maintain machine learning pipelines

● Conduct research on cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions

Required Qualifications

● Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field

● 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development

● Strong proficiency in Python and its ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

● Experience with deep learning and neural networks

● Proven track record in developing AI agents and autonomous systems

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience with large language models and transformer architectures

● Knowledge of distributed computing and GPU optimization

● Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices

● Published research in AI/ML conferences or journals

● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Skills & Competencies

● Strong mathematical and statistical foundation

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

● Proficiency in version control systems (Git)

● Strong communication and documentation abilities

● Ability to work independently and in team settings
