Job Description

Our team is based in Germany but you will be our person of contact at a UK-based luxury carmaker. You manage the serial development of future driver assistance functions (ADAS) as a resident engineer (f/m/d).

Due to the seniority of the position, please only apply if you can demonstrate a strong track record of project management and system integration qualities and you are able to collaborate with a team split between UK and Germany.

MEANINGFUL TASKS AND PROJECTS
• Coordination and performing of vehicle updates and testing
• Planning and execution of vehicle test activities focused on ADAS
• Manage data and defect collection and track the process of defect clearance
• Chair and Participate meetings with the OEM, suppliers and partners as ADAS stakeholder
• Participation on vehicle test drives in the UK and Europe

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCH
• Technical knowledge of key vehicle systems (esp. ADAS) and development processes
• Experience of system integration, testing and tuning of driver assistance functions at vehicle level is a must have
• Experience of test plan development and management
• Knowledge of relevant norms and laws (ECE, GSR…)
• Good communication at all levels
• Ability to lead complex problem solving investigations
• Willingness to travel in the UK and in Europe
• Business fluent in English, full UK driving license and work permit for the UK
