Job Description

Job Overview:

IshqME seeks an accomplished Senior Fashion Designer to join our team and spearhead our women's western wear design initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fashion design principles, excellent creativity, and a keen eye for detail.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing design concepts, including trend analysis and identification of target markets
• Creating artworks, sketches, and detailed drawings of apparel or textiles
• Sampling and range development, including coordination with pattern makers

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a retail or apparel manufacturing industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualisation tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
