Academic Mentor - Fashion Designing

Sloka IT Solutions is a premier IT solutions provider seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Mentor for our Fashion Department.

As an Academic Mentor, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students towards their academic and professional goals. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional teaching, research, and leadership abilities, as well as a broad understanding of fashion designing principles.

Job Responsibilities:
• Teaching: Plan and deliver lessons to students, assessing their progress and providing feedback to improve their skills.
• Mentoring: Guide students towards their academic and professional goals, providing support and advice to help them succeed.
• Administrative Services: Manage course details, student attendance, and submission records, ensuring compliance with university/institute guidelines.
• Other Roles: Create industry interfaces through workshops and seminars, assist students with placements and internships, and participate in design events and co-curricular activities.

Requirements:
• Degree in Fashion Design or relevant field
• Minimum 1+ year of teaching experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
