Job description
Job Location -thalipramba
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage design projects from initial concept through to final installation, ensuring designs are executed within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and objectives, and incorporate these into design solutions.
• Develop detailed design plans, floor plans, mood boards, color schemes, and 3D visualizations.
• Oversee the selection of furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and other design elements.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and project teams, providing guidance and feedback to support their development.
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and timelines, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and design specifications.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design execution aligns with the vision and quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer service and presenting design concepts to clients effectively.
• Stay current with design trends, innovations, and materials to continually improve design solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of project types.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve while balancing client needs and technical constraints.
• Experience in leading design teams and collaborating with cross-functional professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

• Taliparamba, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
