Aparna Kaushik Design Group seeks a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional interior design solutions.
Job Description

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design development process from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Key responsibilities include:
• Design development: Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of clients and exceed their expectations.
• Project management: Oversee the entire design process, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Team leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
• 4-10 years of experience in interior design, preferably with international exposure.
• Proficiency in Auto-CAD, SketchUp, In-design, and Photoshop.
• Degree in Interior Design from a reputable college or university.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
