Job Summary
The Senior Design Architect will be responsible for leading the design process and creating innovative solutions for our clients. This includes:
• Developing and implementing design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design activities with project timelines and goals.
• Providing support in developing project budgets and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
• Create preliminary sketches and conceptual drawings to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications in collaboration with draftsmen.
