Job Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fashion Product Innovation Manager. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative garment designs, fabrics, styling, fits etc. for our brands. You will work closely with our designers to create seasonal concepts and designs, conduct market surveys, develop presentation boards and samples, present and influence at trade shows, and finalize samples.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in fashion and 5-7 years of experience in the same field. You should be able to develop seasonal concepts and designs, interact with designers, conduct market surveys, develop presentation boards and samples, present and influence at trade shows, and finalize samples. You should also be able to make detailed indents for samples and hand over detailed DMH notes to sampling merchandisers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop seasonal concepts and designs
• Interact with designers for inputs on new seasonal collections and range planning
• Conduct market surveys to understand competition trends and evolution of categories
• Develop presentation boards and samples with sourcing and product teams
• Present and influence at trade shows
• Finalize samples
• Make detailed indents for samples

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in fashion
• 5-7 years of experience in the same field
