A leading Korean company is seeking a talented and dynamic Industrial Architect to join its team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing industrial facilities and demonstrate strong expertise in integrating functionality with innovative architectural designs.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Develop design layouts and plans for industrial spaces such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing units.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety, functionality, and local building regulations.

- Create detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models for project proposals and client reviews.

- Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.

- Evaluate environmental impacts, energy efficiency, and sustainability aspects of design projects.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

### Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or similar architectural projects.

- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and related software.

- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and local building codes.

- Strong project management and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
