Event Management Part Time Internship

About the internship:
Basic Job Profile

1) Event Staff/ Crew / Event Hostess/ Event Usher /Event Promoter /Event Volunteers

Help event guests' registration, check-in/check-out, Greeting guests, showing attendees their places, providing support to other event workers, solving any issue that may arise, collecting admission tickets and passes from patrons, demonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services, collecting a database of the customer, filling a feedback form, crowd flow management, distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc.

2) Production supervisor/ Runner/ Production assistant/Event Volunteers

Need to fulfill the event requirements like checking electricity, area cleaning, event manager requirements related to office administration purchasing various products/materials that are required at the event area, responsibilities include preparing venues and setting up chairs and stages for events, helping in the logistical management etc.

• are available for the part time job/internship
• can start the part time job/internship between 13th Feb'25 and 20th Mar'25
• are available for duration of 1 month
• Candidates who are from Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, Noida, North, West, Manesar, South, South East and neighboring cities
have relevant skills and interests
• Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Stipend:
INR ₹ 10,000-15,000 /month
