About Odyssey House
We are a well-established AOD service, working with men affected by drug and alcohol addiction, mental health and related issues for over 35 years.
Our residence in Burnside accommodates up to 24 men at any one time, living in a therapeutic community focused on individual, family and community wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clients, staff and community to work together effectively
Develop and enhance programme structures with the team
Manage timetables and keep the programme running 24/7
Innovate and implement new projects based on skills and interests
Model behaviours based on our service pillars of trust and respect
Manage operational paperwork as a leader
Requirements
Be a registered health professional
Have experience working with clients in the addiction sector
Exhibit excellent organisational skills
Display good interpersonal skills for effective communication
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
