Responsibilities:

Service desk management and incident resolution.

Determining desktop support requirements.

Providing customer service and technical assistance to both individual users and user groups.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

ITIL Foundations V4 certification.
">
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide advocacy.
">
Experience in applying ITIL methodologies and developing processes and procedures around ITIL.
">
Able to promote information sharing, technical assistance, advice, and support to the team.
">
Good understanding of Maori customs and protocols, with the ability to incorporate them into your work.
