About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned ICT Support Specialist to join our IT support team at Longhill High School. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and peripherals, coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

The ICT Support Specialist will be accountable for providing technical assistance and support to staff and students, ensuring seamless operation of all ICT systems and equipment. This encompasses network administration, maintenance of related equipment, and occasional staff training delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications

A deep understanding of hardware, software, and peripherals
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
A solid grasp of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Windows 10/11
Prior experience or knowledge of Active Directory and domain administration would be advantageous
